BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Note: Cancellation Policy has been updated and will be in effect from 01-10-2017.

Accommodation

  • All our Rooms/Suite Rooms are designed to accommodate 2 adults comfortably.
  • Twin Bed Suite can accommodate 4 adults.
  • One child up to 8 years allowed free in existing beds with parents.
  • Child aged above 8 years would be considered as an Extra Person.
  • One Extra Person in all Rooms is allowed on a daily chargeable basis for which extra Mattress will be provided.

Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed on paying 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
  • Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer using our secured online reservation system, Bank deposit.
  • Kindly inform us through mail after making any mode of payment.
  • Child aged above 8 years would be considered as an Extra Person.
  • Check-in time 12.00 PM ( Early check-in not allowed, and if needed the booking should be made for the previous night also).
  • Check-Out time 10.00 AM.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation / Amendments of your booking should be intimated through mail.

Refund

  • 7 days before Arrival Date: NO REFUND
  • 8 – 14 Days prior: 50% Refund on the booking amount
  • 15 Days prior: 75% Refund on the booking amount

No Show / Early Check Out

  • No Refund for No Show.
  • Full amount of your actual booking period will be collected for deferred Check-In / Early Check-Out.
  • Changes/Amendments of dates allowed, based on room availability and cancellation policy.
